Seven steps to satellite installation

You will be sent the following information for consideration and agreement:
- BT 'Sale of Goods' Terms and Conditions
- BT Business Satellite Terms and Conditions
- A Customer Requirements Form

Once you have read the documentation and agreed the following:
Please return the signed documentation to the BT Sales Agent

Having received all the documentation, the BT Sales Agent will then process your order

Our Order Management Team will contact you to finalise your details and investigate any requirements for Planning Permission.
A 'welcome letter' will be sent to you with username details.

A request will be made to the Radiocommunications Agency (RA) for the approval of a licence to operate the satellite service at your site. The RA will respond with either an Approve, Deferred or Rejected status. If Deferred or Rejected, you will be informed by letter that the service cannot be provided.
At the same time, if required you will be able to apply for planning permission

On approval of the RA licence (and confirmation that Planning Permission is now required or has been granted) your order details will be sent to a service delivery agent who will contact you and arange the installation appointment. Installations can be carried out six days per week from Monday to Saturday with AM or PM slots available.

Your site will be visited by two service delivery installers on the date of installation.
The service will be installed, commissioned and activated.
