In Scotland? Answer these questions:

1. Is the building a house and is there an existing dish (e.g. Sky dish, on the house or in the garden)?

2. Is the property a house (i.e. not a flat or commercial building) and in a National Scenic or Conservation Area; and does it have a south-facing wall or roof which faces onto a road and a dish could not be placed at the side of the property and still face south? If in doubt, select 'Yes'.

3. Is the property a flat or a commercial building, a listed building or Scheduled Monument; or in a National Park, Conservation Area, National Heritage Area, National Scenic Area or Site of Specific Scientific Interest?
