We are sorry to inform you that from Tuesday, 9th March you will no longer be able to access the FTsme or AskFT service via the BT Business portal. Instead, customers can access the service directly through the FT.com website.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
If you are an existing customer and have already purchased the FTsme product then the FT will continue to ensure that this service is available for the remainder of your FTsme Annual Subscription period.
After this period if you wish to continue to access the FTsme service you will need to register directly with the FT, as BT will no longer be responsible for billing and collection of payments. From 9th March you will require a new user name and password which can be set up by contacting the FT Client support desk on 0207 873 3999 quoting 'BT Openworld' . The new URL you will need to use from 9th March is www.ft.com/gmm
NEW CUSTOMERS:
New customers wishing to purchase the FTsme product should do so directly via the FT, by contacting thier Helpdesk on 0207 873 3999 or through the FT website at www.ft.com.
