On ordering BT Yahoo! Broadband with Highway/ISDN conversion, we'll provisionally agree to your appointment date. We will then test your telephone line to make sure it is suitable. As soon as we confirm your line is okay for broadband we'll post your welcome pack.

When the engineer visits your premises, they will convert and test your ADSL phone line. (If the line test for Broadband fails the engineer will leave the existing ISDN service intact.)

Then just load the software onto your computer and connect to BT Yahoo! Broadband.

Please note: If we successfully upgrade your line to support broadband, you will retain just one line for your voice and ADSL service. All other numbers associated with your current ISDN service will be ceased. While placing an order for broadband, you will need to advise us which number you wish to retain.
